-Contact information
-Some info. about yourself (your racing goals, class you prefer to race)
-As well as what you feel you can bring to the team.

Remember having a sponsorship from any company is not just about receiving discounts; a sponsored driver has requirements such as primarily promoting the products they use, and conducting themselves in a professional manner at all times.
